In 2006, I was a busy mom juggling all that goes into staying at home and taking care of my active, loud three- and four-year old sons. Between teary preschool drop-offs, chaotic grocery shopping with my pair of toddler “helpers” throwing who-knows-what into my cart, and keeping up with the seemingly never-ending family and house demands, taking care of myself never seemed to make the priority list. I was at a point that I wasn’t happy with my weight or how I looked. But, I knew calorie counting wasn’t for me and I didn’t want to take a pill. So, I told myself I would be content with just not gaining any more weight.
But, then I discovered The Weight Loss Clinic’s unique program that teaches people how to make healthy food choices and create healthy eating habits for a lifetime. Applying the techniques I learned, I lost 50 pounds in 6 months. Perhaps more importantly, my whole family – including my kids who are now 17 and 18 – learned what healthy eating was and how to make the best choices we can. I love how I feel and look, and I gained energy without relying on caffeine. I was hooked, and I knew I wanted to help other people achieve this same wonderful feeling of loving ourselves on the inside and outside.
So in 2011, I purchased The Weight Loss Clinic in Longview, WA. Since then, I have helped hundreds of people achieve the same wonderful feelings and losing weight through healthy eating habits.
