I'm a wife to the love of my life, a mom to two wonderful young men (they are 17 & 19) and YOUR biggest cheerleader. I stay busy with all the different activities my boys are involved in: band (HS & College), choir (College), Boy Scouts and HS sports (cross country, swimming & track & Field). Needless to say, my slow cooker has been my friend! I believe that eating healthy is important factor in staying healthy and out of the doctors office. Each one of us is different in what works to achieve our goals. I work with you to create a personalized strategic plan that fits you and your needs.
